APR is relentless in working to build it's national strategy, which supports our dismantling network's position in the market. We have also recently embarked on upgrades to our Customer Relationship Management and Key Account Management Strategies (KAM). Having deployed the KAM strategy in Victoria, with the support of the Victorian supplier, APR is now working on rolling the KAM approach into South Australia, New South Wales and soon Western Australia.
We have also recently rolled out many new technologies that directly support our strategy which are proprietary and unique in the market. Each of our APR dismantlers gain significant benefit from these systems on a daily basis. APR has developed a strong supply chain that extends across a number of unique markets. APR has been responsible for pioneering and opening many of these markets through its professional and visionary approach.

APR dismantlers access salvage through the APR Salvage Dashboard where salvage is made available for vertical integration into our repairer networks. This innovative approach by APR and its insurance industry partners have opened up new levels of alternative parts for our customers. It has also helped the insurer see the maximum return on the salvage asset whilst simultaneously removing these vehicles from the private rebirthing market. We will continue to work with our Supply Chain partners to return the maximum value possible on this asset for the insurer. Our goal is to provide long-term value for all parties in this area.
APR has always understood that its professional reputation is the result of many of its actions in the market. One of the most important is traceability and auditablity of the parts we deliver into the market. APR has pioneered systems that enable the assessor to see the alternative parts availability for a specific quote. They are able to trace this through the APR Reference Number and our online systems from anywhere they choose. This means assessor productivity is enhanced whilst also ensuring there is confidence that alternative parts have been explored as an option where appropriate for the repair.
Dismantlers that work with APR are therefore at a great advantage as a result of these anique tailored systems. Of course, we are happy to take assessor requests when required by phone, but APR and the insurers aim to remove this friction cost from our respective businesses. In this way, assessor efficiency is maximised, salesroom bottlenecks are released and repairers can get on with providing better quality and customer service at no cost to their bottom line.
