This process alone, to better understand how a key supplier handles my requests and the length they go to in order to satisfy my needs, was very important.
I was very impressed at the facilities and the detailed operation. Their team is friendly and easy to communicate with and the processes they use to locate and offer parts are very thorough. Without seeing this, I would not believe it.
As an associate smash repair working with IAG, I am treated incredibly well especially being on the parts trial. Although I get a good response to parts required, I feel that the only area for improvement would be in the availability of parts. The more parts that can be made available through the APR process, the better. I will take as many parts as available because the quality is great, the price is very competitive and the relationship is unbelievable. There is nothing too difficult for this supplier, they try to help in every possible way with everything.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of 'Auto Parts Recyclers - Victoria' as a supplier to any repairer in the market. Furthermore, the systems offered through the APR enable me to deal with the supplier in a most efficient way. It's a great package.
